Dee de yoga's main aim is to promote and utlise all aspects of yoga while encouraging and developing genuine empowerment, improvement and growth for my students and myself. She combines techniques and strategies stemming from hatha yoga, music, art, laughter yoga, fine art, mindfullness and meditation which are all incredibly powerful therapeutic tools that work together to increase productivity and performance while facilitating health and wellbeing. Most often classes are focused towards relieving the stresses and strains of modern day living for individuals, groups, business and institutions. I specialise in providing courses tailored towards the participants needs, desires and abilities.
