The Le Mac Australia Group was established in 1984 and began with a focus on providing tamper apparent packaging using imported shrink sleeves from Fuji Seal Japan. Evolving over the years, the company is now positioned to present a expansive range of packaging and labeling solutions covering container decoration, tamper evidence and multipacking. A key element in our philosophy is a total systems approach, consisting of both natural application equipment and the printed consumables. In 1997 the company embarked on a major expansion program with the acquisition of a manufacturing site at Mulgrave in Sydney's northwest. The facility at Mulgrave manufactures shrink sleeves, liner less self adhesive labels (ASL), tamper apparent seals, rolled filmic labels, stretch sleeves and heat transfer labels (HT) as well as housing our promotional packing and container decoration services. These offices enable us to service every state and territory in Australia, as healthy as New Zealand. The Le Mac team is elated of what we have achieved since commencing local manufacture healthy over a decade ago, winning many awards along the way. From a technical viewpoint, we have obtained excellent results in printing on a expansive range of flexible substrates, with a focus on tall quality flexographic work. Le Mac has expanded its range of multipacking solutions to the beverage sector beyond the core product of multipack reduce sleeves. Uniquely however, the Sleevepack consists of a shrink sleeve with perforations and adhesive, so that the multipack also becomes the primary label for each individual bottle.
